Register as an attendee, speaker, exhibitor or accompanying person. Pay online by card through Stripe or by bank transfer against an invoice.

Card payment: you continue to the payment page and pay securely through Stripe. Bank transfer: we send you an invoice.

Confirmation
You receive a payment receipt by email, and the PCNS team confirms your registration.

* Early-bird registration until 16 July 2027. The fee includes the full conference programme, lunches, gala dinner, printed proceedings and workshops.

Speakers
The speaker rate applies to the presenting author of an accepted paper. Please add the paper title in the form.
Students
Graduate and PhD students can apply for the EPCIA Student Award for free admission and other benefits.
Exhibitors & sponsors
The booth fee does not include admission, so please register each booth person too. For sponsorship packages, contact us.

One form per participant. After sending, card payers continue to the payment page; bank-transfer payers receive an invoice by email.
